New Tennis Courts and Stand!
The courts at Idrottsparken are being refurbished for the NatWest Island Games 2009.
The ground works have been completed and only surfacing work remains.
A new stand with seating for 400 spectators is under construction.
World class racket stringer
Bernt Stefansson, a racket stringer from Sweden, will be offering his services during the NatWest Island Games XIII. With experience from both the ATP and WTA he will be a very valuable asset at the games.
He will be situtated at the tennis courts at Idrottsparken, which is located in central Mariehamn right by the WHA arena, and is available every day during the games between 10:00 - 18:00.
More information will be posted at the venue when the Games has started.

Venue: Idrottsparken and Bollhalla, Mariehamn
Idrottsparken, which is situated in central Mariehamn, and Bollhalla which is approx. five minutes by car from Mariehamn will host the men's and women´s events.
